About this site
Private Bedroom Rentals is run by CoHost Management LLC. It lists private bedrooms for rent in shared homes. Using the site means you agree to these terms.
Listings and prices
We work to keep every listing accurate: the photos show the actual room, and the rent, deposit and fees are what the listing states. Rooms can be rented, and details can change, at any time.
A listing is not an offer or a promise that a room is available. A room is yours only once your application is approved and you sign a lease. Your lease sets the final rent, fees, dates and terms. Rent is paid monthly.
Applying
Applications, screening, leases and rent payments are handled by TurboTenant, under TurboTenant’s own terms and privacy policy. Some rooms charge an application fee, which TurboTenant collects and the listing shows.
Fair housing
We follow federal, state and local fair housing laws. We don’t make housing decisions based on race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other class protected where the home is located.
Using the site fairly
- Don’t send spam or automated messages through the forms or chat.
- Don’t copy or scrape listings, photos or content in bulk.
- Don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s security.

Links to TurboTenant, LeadConnector and other services take you to sites we don’t control. Their terms apply there.
No guarantees
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for losses that come from using it, from a listing changing, or from a third-party service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, except where the law of the state where a home is located must apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
