No guessing
Most room listings make you guess. The price on the card isn’t what you pay, the photos are old, and you can’t tell who to call.
Here, every room has its own photos, its monthly rent, the deposit, any move-in fee, and the total due when you get your keys. If it’s on the page, it’s true.

Your own private bedroom
You rent your own room and share the kitchen, living areas and laundry with a small number of housemates.
Monthly rent
Rent is monthly and paid through TurboTenant. We don’t do weekly rent.
