What we collect when you use this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
Private Bedroom Rentals is run by CoHost Management LLC (“we”, “us”). This policy covers www.privatebedroomrentals.com. Questions go to hello@privatebedroomrentals.com.
What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, message, and which room you asked about.
- Chat: if you use the chat bubble, the name, phone number and message you type. Chat is run by LeadConnector, and their privacy policy also applies.
- Apply clicks: when you click Apply, we note which room and which page you came from, plus a scrambled code made from your internet address so we can spot spam. We don’t store the address itself.
- Basic server logs that every website keeps, such as pages requested and errors.
Applications are not collected here. When you click Apply you go to TurboTenant, which collects your application under its own privacy policy and shares it with us so we can review it.
We don’t run advertising trackers or sell ads on this site. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which sees your internet address when your browser fetches them. The chat bubble may store its own small files in your browser so a conversation can continue.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and follow up about a room you asked about.
- To process your application once you apply through TurboTenant.
- To keep the site working and block spam and abuse.
- To understand which rooms people are interested in.
If you give us your phone number in chat, we may text or call you about your question. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site and our rentals (our hosting provider, email provider, LeadConnector for chat, and TurboTenant for applications and rent), and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or longer if the law requires it. Ask us and we will delete your contact messages.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@privatebedroomrentals.com. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s law, and we will honor them.
Children
This site is for adults looking for housing. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We use HTTPS, keep secrets out of the site’s code, and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive details like your Social Security number through the contact form or chat.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
